The best bowling alley I've ever been to! Very clean and family friendly! Nice staff
Facilities are clean and nicely updated, with the exception of the Mens restroom which seems like it was built in the 70s/80s. I was here for a birthday party. Everything went well with the party except that the food came about an hour later than it was supposed to, but when it did, it was tasty and was refilled in a timely manner. The glue holding my finger grip inserts wore out, and the pro shop re-glued it for me right away at no charge. A nice family friendly venue for a fun night out!
The facility also seems to cater to corporate team building events
I don't often use social media to complain, but how much do you think it should cost for 8 family members to bowl for a birthday? Well, AMF will happily charge you your first and second born, without telling you. I don't have complaints about the facility, or the service except for the failure to offer assistance and clarity that there was a lower cost option. We originally scheduled for 6 to bowl, but 8 showed up. Only 6 can bowl on one lane, so rather than offering another 2 bowlers at the per game rate of $7, they charged us an entire lane rental for $125 plus shoes. It should have cost $52 to add 2 people plus shoes. Sadly, AMF has lost any and all business from my family or any organized events I would host for any school or church function. The manager said that nothing could be done in house because we booked through the booking program; however, when we tried to call AMF on Bay Area we received no answer. In addition, the booking people told us to book for fewer and add on at the location if need be. They didn't mention that it would have to be at the cost of our child we were celebrating. Just so you will be more aware than I. A $75 overcharge in addition to the ridiculous costs of food and drink in-house makes me very sad.
However one feature is that they actually deliver the food to you on the lanes that you are bowling on so that you don't have to interrupt your recreation by running back-and-forth To pick up your food after it is ordered .
This facility has excellent equipment is recently modernized and supports both league and recreational bowling including 2 youth programs. Although the food is very good it is a bit pricey compared to other bowling Facilities
My previous review: Great people, could do with more open bowling times, and less glow bowling, but the leagues are a blast here.
I'm so done with this place. It used to be a great bowling alley. Now they don't care one little bit about league bowlers. I'm in two leagues there, but when this season is over I'm done.
