Before I came here, the interior of my car had oil, grease, and stains all over my seats, floors and trunk, basically everywhere. After waiting an hour and half, my car was finished, when I saw my car it was shiny clean. When I looked in the interior, it was spotlessly clean! Everything looked brand new! The manager Ahmed was professional, and understanding about my car situation, and gave me an awesome deal! I was recommended this place and now I know why, great deals for a reasonable price! But the only thing I'd say is after the car wash I turned up my radio and the volume wouldn't turn up all the way, but a few hours later I was able to turn it up, but I'd still recommend it!
I like the place and services.. but this is the first time I was in rush and forgot my coupon and they didn't value my online coupon... why are we still wasting paper in 2017?? Thanks.

The lady who helped me figure out what package I needed, the cashier, and the gentleman who took my claim ticket when my car was finished were all very friendly, smiling employees. It felt like the difference when you go to Chick-fil-A vs Wendy's. You can tell when someone hates their job and that was definitely not the case here. I arrived at 3:15 p.m. on a Monday and got an exterior and interior detail. I was driving away by 3:40 p.m. I'm happy with the quality of the wash, the friendliness of the employees, the time I spent here, and the price I paid. I will definitely be back.
I used to love coming to Car Spa in Webster, but the last two times I've put my truck in the wash bay to have a FS wash, it's come out the other side with scratches on the driver's side. I can see the scratches from the front quarter panel to the back quarter panel. The passenger's side seems ok. It's a shame because I had just signed up for the unlimited FS car washes, but I will now be canceling that plan.
