Right away, I will say that in some ways this Cinemark is still a tiny bit outdated. They still have the old boards, but it does look like it will go digital soon. I didn't take a star away for that though. I took it away because they made it hard to get my points and then apparently didn't actually do it because those points never showed up on my Connections. I box at another Cinemark, It's not hard to add points. The box attendant had to exit out of the Connections to finish my transaction.
I used to love this place in most ways I still do but me and my kids have a routine/tradition that we get up early in the morning get breakfast and get there super early to buy tickets for the first showing " first come first served" now we get there and they are sold out do to online pre-purchases and these guys who buy online who knows how-far in advance get a full refund if they don't show. dose not seem far to me
Nominal prices, wide selection of films, friendly staff, and good popcorn. This theater also has the new Dolby experience, which is a pretty unique and powerful way to see a film.
Best theater in the area. Reclining seats are great, and your able to reserve seats for all screenings. Would recommend showing up about ten minutes past the posted start time as there's always +15 minutes worth of ads.
The theater was clean, Thor was premiering and they only had one box attendant and three concessionist. So lines were long. But my comfortable lounge seat worked perfectly. The movie started on time and it was not freezing in the theater.
We haven't been to the movies in a long time. I decided to purchase the more expensive seats for It with the recliners. I have always enjoyed this theater but with the new recliners it was even better. I love that we could pick our seats ahead of time. It was very comfortable and extra scary with the vibration. It was definitely worth the extra price. It made the movie experience much better.
