Chandler was very helpful, professional, and went out of her way to locate all of the storage we needed, at two different locations. The paperwork was explained in detail and the process completed quickly. Chandler took the time to explain how to access the facility, hours of operation, etc. The experience could not have gone better in my opinion.
Tameka was Ah-mazing!! My old storage had flooded in Harvey and I was desperate to find a new unit fast. She went out of her way to make it happen even though her computer system was down and the previous renter had just moved out that day. She was polite and I felt like she really cared and wanted to help! The facility was clean and well maintained. Thanks Tameka for making this difficult situation so much easier!!! You are the best!!
