The store is small, but fully loaded and the staff are great. A young employee named Devin helped me get a new (emergency replacement) Xbox One for my son the night Destiny 2 was released, plus some peripherals, easily and he was very nice and professional. Definitely recommend it.
Forget about buying desktop computer stuff like video cards here. But there was a nice selection of earphones, and I found a pair I really liked. The staff in the store was helpful. But on another occasion I called to ask if they had a certain product, and the rude young woman curtly informed me that I would need a skew number for the product before she could check to see if they had it.
One of the work trucks needed speakers. We just happened to be in the store getting some memory cards and stopped in and asked about car speaker installation. Long story short we got in immediately, and they had what we needed in stock. The old truck also had some bad wiring and it needed replaced after troubleshooting the speakers. It took less than the amount of time they said it would take, and even fixed the unseen issue with our old wires. All around it was what we've come to expect at Best Buy. We buy a lot of devices at Best Buy because they have a great return policy and make it easy to get things working again if there are any problems. We can even buy items online from work and pick them up when ready.
You're probably not going to get a big discount on anything you buy here, but prices were mostly fair.
All I gotta say is I hate hate hate Best Buy and their geek squad. Absolute rip off company. Was having an issue with my laptop THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM and took it to the geek squad. They dodge even the simplest of questions and so they can get to their punch line. It's going to cost $150 for us to look at your computer........ $150 really? Did myself a favor and said hell no because my lap top isn't worth that. Took it home and took out the screws and found out my hard drive was making a weird noise. Went back and bought a new one and they told me I needed to clone it or put an operating system on it. after buying a new a new hard drive from Best Buy and a cloning cord from they still didn't want to help me when I told them the items where not working together. Went in and talked to a manager who told me he would help me out and get geek squad to help and they did. They told me only people that can put an operating system and clone is them. And it's going to cost $100. Plus parts. What they didn't want to tell me is my new laptop with windows 10 has a digital key that I can put on a flash drive and re download on a new hard drive. So in total if I went with them they would of screwed me out of over $300. And they know that. Fricken sham. They will never see my business again.
Pretty nice store. Small though, but very helpful customer support to direct you wherever you need
